QUICKTRON 07 RH

High-end metal separator for examining bulk materials in free fall

Metal separators of the QUICKTRON 07 RH type are used for the examination of powders and granulates in free-fall lines. They are available in nominal diameters of up to 300 mm and cover all areas of application, from the laboratory to lorry loading. Its hygienic structure and easy cleanability prevent cross-contamination between product batches. Depending on the requirement, they can increase process reliability or also perform the inspection of outgoing goods.

P-TRON 07 GM

High-end metal separator with separation diverter for integration into pneumatic conveyor lines

Metal separators of the P-TRON 07 GM type are used for the examination of granulates, ground material or powders in pneumatic conveying lines. Versions for horizontal and vertical installation, as well as for high product temperatures after the dryer, are available. The systems can also be specially approved for potentially explosive areas.

P-TRON 05 GM

Mobile metal detector for connection to a vacuum filler, including rotary separation mechanism

Metal separators of the MEATLINE 07 O series are connected to the outlet of vacuum fillers in sausage production. Mechanical connections for all common sausage and ham fillers are available, as well as electronic control adapters for signal exchange between the filler, metal detector and subsequent systems such as clippers or linkers.

P-TRON 03 FM

Metal separator with separation diverter for integration into intermittent suction conveyor lines

Metal separators of the P-TRON 03 FM type are used for the examination of granulates or ground material in intermittent suction conveyor lines. Versions for horizontal and vertical installation, as well as for high product temperatures after the dryer, are available. The P-TRON 05 GM is available for continuous suction conveyor lines or pressure conveyor lines. Crimping valves and rotary flaps replace the pendulum flap of the P-TRON 03 FM here.
